I don’t live in the UK. Can I still sell you my goods online?
Unfortunately we currently only offer this service to UK residents.
How do you work out the price of my goods?
Each quote is given based on the information provided by you, we aim to offer the best prices for your goods but we do ask for a detailed description of any faults as this may affect the price we pay.
Do you share my details with third parties?
We will not share or disclose any of your personal details.
Who pays shipping costs?
Unfortunately we do require you to pay the shipping costs but the price we quote for your items does take this into account. The shipping method used is your choice and will depend on the size and weight of the items being sent, if you wish to insure and track your goods, we recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery which includes £500 insurance cover and there are many more options available to you. How old do I have to be before I can sell goods to you?
We require you to be at least 16 years old.
Payment Questions:
What payment options are available to me?
We currently offer e-vouchers (for use on our websites), cheques and PayPal. Only one method can be selected per order.
How long will it take to get my money?
Once we receive your goods we will get to work immediately, and we will endeavour to test and process payments within a week.
You must ensure that correct details and address are supplied, as we cannot be held responsible for funds not reaching you due to incorrect information being provided to us.
Please do not contact us regarding delays in your order until at least seven working days has passed from when your items were delivered.

What do you buy?
Primarily Guitar Hero, Band Hero and DJ Hero games and equipment.
What happens if you reject something I send you?
Depending on what you requested us to do with your goods, we will either return them to you at our cost, or we will dispose of the goods on your behalf.
Do you buy items that no longer have their original box?
Yes, but this must be stated in your enquiry as it may be reflected in the offer given.
Do you buy items that are missing their instructions?
Yes, but this must be stated in your enquiry as it may be reflected in the offer given.
Some of my goods don’t look too good. Will you still buy them?
We will buy your goods as long as they work as intended; in extreme cases we may reject badly damaged goods.
Some of my goods don’t work. Will you still buy them?
As long as your original description of your goods match what we receive we are happy to quote for anything - working or not.
Do you pay more for items that have never been used/opened?
No, we treat all the goods we buy as second hand, however sometimes we do pay a higher price depending on the condition of your items.
Can I sell multiples of the same item?
We will happily buy multiples of any item.
How long have I got to send you my goods once I placed my order?
Your goods must be received at the designated location within 10 working days of your order being placed. Quoted prices may vary or orders may be cancelled if goods are not received within this period.
Shipping Questions:
Where do I send my goods to?
You will be provided with an addressed label when receiving your quote email.
How should I package the goods I send to you?
Please package your goods securely in order to prevent damage while in transit. Please do not use shredded paper as a box filler. Please also include a copy of your quote email with your shipment for identification.
Please ensure all items within an order are packaged together in one box.
What happens if my goods are lost or damaged during transit?
We cannot be held responsible for any items which are damaged or lost during transit. We recommend you take out insurance on the delivery of your goods to protect you in the event of this occurring.
Please note: We reserve the right to reject any goods you wish to sell to us.
Definitions
Drums – unless otherwise stated we will expect the following items to be included:
• Main drums (with red, green and blue pads) with no parts removed
• 2 x Cymbals
• 1 x Bass Pedal
• 1 x Pair Drum Sticks
• PS3 / PS2 Wireless dongle (if sending an applicable PS2 / PS3 Instrument)
• Cymbal Screws & Coloured Washers
• You need not include the stand / original packaging / instructions
Guitars – unless otherwise stated we will expect the following items to be included:
• Main Guitar Body with no parts removed
• Guitar Neck
• 1 x Neck Strap
• PS3 / PS2 Wireless dongle (if sending an applicable PS2 / PS3 Instrument)
